PartyQuests light. I wrote this when I realized that Cosmos PartyQuests was not reliable and very heavy. People liked it so now it's here!

- Allows the player to view his party members' quests. Other party members must also have QuestMods in order for their quests to be viewed. To view a player's quests, select his name from the dropdown list that appears at the top of the quest log window.

- Now compatible with QuestHelper.

- Splits the standard Blizzard quest log frame into two frames, one containing the quest list, the other the quest detail.

- Reports quest objective completion to the quest reporting frame.

- Reports quest progress and quest objective completion to players in your group.

- Configurable through Interface Options.
