Satrina Buff Frames is a replacement for the UI buff frame. If you can imagine it, you can probably make SBF look like that.
Upgrading from SBF 3.0?
SBF 3.1 has some fairly major changes from SBF 3.0. Downloading this and logging in 5 minutes before a raid will leave you very grumpy. Go read the SBF 3.0 to 3.1 survival guide.

* Code change for my filters to work correctly with WoW 3.1
* Disabled Chinese localisations in SBFOptions until someone can fix them
