PerfectBar replace and enhance blizzard actions bars.

Quick start
- The toggle button for the UI is in the TrakingMinmapList
- One command to wipe all your actions : /clearactions

Features
- You can bind every keys (modifiers) to switch your action bar. usefull for multiple mouse buttons
- All stance/shapeshift can switch your bar, even when you are stealthed in cat form
- Change the size of your bars (row/cols/scale)
- Support Select addon

HOW TO
Bind a key : ctrl + right clic on an action button and press your Key.when you bind a mousebutton, be sure your mouse is over the action button or over the dialog popup for midifiers.

(small issue when you bind a modifier and an action button with same the key, it makes no sense, try reloadui)

Move your bar : ctrl + left clic over the bar and drag it
