Titan Quest

Titan Quest give quest list & details in a menu system. It will also give updates and completion notices.
The Titan button will display the current number of quests.
Mousing over the button will display the numbers of the different types of quests.
Right clicking will give a access to options and a list of quests. Mousing over the quest will give quest text, description, objective, rewards, party, and quest options. You can toggle display of all but the options using "Show Quest Details" in the Options menu.

The reward section shows the reward money and items (if available) by quality and number x. A single 'x' means 1 of that item. A white 'x' means it is usable, a red 'x' means it is not usable by that character.

- Modified Titan options per upcoming changes. The Titan options are now at the bottom of the first menu rather than under the 'options' to be in line with other Titan addons
- Quests now honors the Titan 'colored text'.

- Added a button to the quest details menu (2nd menu) which will open the quest log at that quest. Other addons that 'override' the quest log will work such as Lightheaded or Carbonite.
